Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Salary: $14.00 to $15.00 /hour


The Administrative Assistant supports senior management on a day to day basis. Immediate full-time position in a fast-paced environment that provides opportunities for long-term growth. Applicant must be creative, energetic, computer savvy with excellent communication. Additionally, the candidate must be result driven and delivery oriented. Enjoys being challenged with a responsible, flexible, and creative outlook.


  • Exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Touch typist 45 WPM+
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Able to multi-task/ prioritize/ focus & handle frequent interruptions
  • Punctual & reliable
  • Some knowledge of Quickbooks preferred
  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat
  • High School GED or Equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative support role
  • Professional appearance and GREAT attitude REQUIRED


  • Support CEO with scheduling, communication, and project supervision
  • Coordinate & prioritize administrative duties for various departments
  • Customer support
  • Assist other departments as needed
  • Answer phones and assist callers to the full extent of your knowledge
  • Data entry
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
