Here’s What’s Included:

Arrival/Intake

  • When your aircraft arrives, we carefully inspect it, to document the condition the plane is in when it arrives at our facility.
  • Photographs are taken, and a parts number is generated to help us track all pieces of your aircraft at all times.

Prep Work & Chemical Strip

  • We disassemble and catalog your aircraft’s parts to prep it for paint stripper.
  • This means covering your windows with three layers of protection and removing flight controls, among other parts.
  • We then mask the panels, openings, and engine intakes, as well as every seam. Taping every seam is a step many other aircraft painters skip, which is why other paint jobs don’t last as long.
  • Once your aircraft is masked, we apply a paint stripper.

Post-Strip Inspection

  • Once stripped, your aircraft is inspected again, and bodywork needs are identified for aluminium components, fiberglass repairs, and any corrosion issues.
  • During this stage, we may recommend exterior plastic replacement, depending on the current condition.
  • In addition to extensive bodywork, we also replace any worn control panel hardware.
  • We can also help you source replacement parts for anything that needs to be updated in your plane.

Painting

  • We apply a detailed custom paint scheme to your aircraft.
  • We recommend finishing your paint job with a ceramic coating for long-lasting protection and that glass-like shine.

Final Detailing

  • Once your aircraft is painted and fully reassembled, we will complete our final detailing to get it pick-up ready.
  • If requested, exterior windows are polished and the entire aircraft is buffed to create a mirror-like finish.
  • New sealants are installed.
